Can Vitality optimize any game?
Yes, Vitality is designed to provide system-wide optimizations that benefit all games, regardless of genre or demandingness. By adjusting core Windows settings, network configurations, and GPU parameters, Vitality enhances your overall system performance, leading to improved frame rates and reduced latency across your entire game library. Additionally, we include specific optimizations and profiles for popular individual game titles to ensure maximum performance where it matters most.
Our software makes system-wide adjustments that benefit all games by freeing up resources, and for popular competitive titles, we often include specific optimizations to give you an even greater edge. You'll notice improvements in demanding AAA titles and esports games alike.

How often do you update the software?
Major updates land every 1 to 2 months, with new features and support for the latest hardware and Windows builds. Smaller patches and hotfixes ship more often to fix bugs as they come up. Lifetime + Updates gives you every release automatically, so you're always on the current version.
Where can I get support if I encounter issues?
The fastest way to get help is our Discord server, where our team and other users answer questions in the support channel. Premium users get a priority ticket system there too. For anything more formal, email vitalityoptimizations@gmail.com.
Is Vitality safe to use?
Yes. Vitality makes careful, non-permanent changes at the registry level, and every tweak is tested by our team before it ships. You can create a system restore point from inside the app before applying anything, so you can always roll back if something doesn't feel right.
Can I use Vitality with anti-cheat software?
Yes. Vitality runs alongside every major anti-cheat, including VAC, Easy Anti-Cheat, and BattlEye. It only touches system-level settings like resource allocation, network configuration, and Windows processes. Nothing injects into games or reads game memory, so there's no ban risk.
What is the Install Hub?
The Install Hub is a built-in app deployment center inside Vitality Util with 210+ curated applications across 10 categories: AI Tools, Browsers, Communications, Development, Document, Games, Microsoft Tools, Multimedia, Pro Tools, and Utilities. You can multi-select apps and install them all at once via the integrated Winget package manager. It's perfect for setting up a brand new PC or recovering from a fresh Windows install without downloading everything manually.
What's in the Tweaks tab beyond the core four?
The Tweaks tab has 9 staged categories, applied winutil-style: Quick Presets (Standard or Minimal) select a recommended set, and nothing changes until you press Run Tweaks (or Undo to revert). Beyond Main Tweaks (Network, AMD, NVIDIA, System), categories include Privacy & Telemetry (telemetry, activity history, location, Bing in Start, Widgets), Debloat (OneDrive, Xbox, Teams, Cortana, Clipchamp, Weather, News, Solitaire, Skype, Maps), Windows 11 UI (classic right-click menu, left-align taskbar, disable Copilot, file extensions, hidden files, sticky-keys prompt, Num Lock), System & Security (disable hibernation, Store search suggestions, WPBT), Performance (disk optimization, temp-file cleanup, visual-effects tuning, Vitality Custom Power Plan), and Legacy Misc (tweaked Windows theme, ChrisTitus Util, Fortnite debloat). A live System Information dashboard sits at the bottom of the tab. One-click repair tools live in their own Fixes tab, and USB interrupt moderation has its own XHCI IMod tab.
What is XHCI IMod and should I run it every session?
XHCI IMod has its own dedicated tab. It checks prerequisites first (RW-Everything driver installed, HVCI/Vulnerable Driver Blocklist state, with a one-click "Fix & Reboot" if needed), then detects all USB host controllers on your system and disables interrupt moderation and coalescing on each one, reporting before/after register values. This removes the artificial batching delay that USB drivers introduce, giving your mouse, keyboard, and controller the most direct signal path possible to Windows. Yes, run it once every time you start a gaming session for lowest USB latency. It resets after a reboot.
Can I remove OneDrive, Xbox, and Teams with Vitality?
Yes. The Debloat section inside the Tweaks tab lets you fully remove OneDrive, Xbox components (including the Xbox overlay), and Microsoft Teams (Personal) with a single toggle. These removals free up background resources and reduce startup overhead. All actions are reversible. You can reinstall any of these apps later through the Windows Store or the Install Hub.
Does Vitality support different languages and themes?
Yes. Vitality Util supports 19 languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi, Turkish, Polish, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, and Finnish. You can also choose from 6 accent color themes (Royal Purple, Ocean Blue, Forest Green, Sunset Orange, Neon Pink, Crystal Cyan) and switch between dark and light mode, all from the Settings tab.
What's in the Fixes tab?
Fixes is its own tab of one-click system repair tools: Reset Network resets Winsock, flushes DNS, and resets the IP stack. Reset Windows Update repairs broken or stuck Windows Update. System Corruption Scan runs DISM and SFC to detect and fix corrupted Windows system files. Set Up Autologin configures automatic Windows login. WinGet Reinstall repairs the Windows Package Manager if it's missing or broken. The three Windows Update tiers (Default, Security-only, Disable All) live in the Maintenance tab.
